The two components are being developed in partnership with Cenomi Centers, Saudi Arabia’s leading developer and operator of contemporary retail and lifestyle destinations, further expanding the range of experiences and services available to residents and visitors.
The development will be Cenomi Centers’ largest shopping center in the Eastern Province, offering around 110,000 square meters of gross leasable area across a total built-up area of around 152,000 square meters.
